Wish you all a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year !!!!

Ingredients:-
2 cups wheat flour
1/2 tsp cardamom powder
2 cups sugar
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp ghee
Fried Cashewnuts and raisins

Method:-

Heat the ghee and add the wheat flour to it. Cook on low flame with frequent stirring till the raw smell goes off.

Add sugar, cardamom powder,Cashewnuts, raisins and milk to it. The quantity of milk must be just enough to get a big lump of the flour. Mix well till sugar melts and remove from stove.

Cool for 3 to 4 minutes and make balls of it.Make balls out of this mixture when it is still warm. Pour a little amount of milk in a bowl and dip the hand in this before making the ladoos so that the hand won’t burn.

Garnish the ladoos with the cashews and raisins and leave them on a plate to dry.

Transfer the ladoos to an airtight container when they become dry .

The recipe is really easy, good and healthy. I tried this and it came very nice. However when I was doind the laddus, the mix was too dry so I had hard time making the shape of laddu. What are your suggestions on this?
